Candle Care & Safety
Candles create heat and flame. Use every Abera & Co candle carefully and stop use when it can no longer burn safely.
Materials
European soy wax blend, cotton wick, fragrance oils, and handmade mineral-composite vessels.
Burn safely
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, books, shelves, and other flammable materials.
- Place only on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
- Trim the wick to about 5 mm before lighting.
- Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
- Stop use when about 1 cm of wax remains.
Care
- Let wax melt evenly across the surface during the first burn where possible.
- Do not move a burning candle or a vessel with hot wax.
- Keep the wax pool clear of matches, wick trimmings, and dust.
- Allow the vessel to cool before touching or cleaning.
