Returns & Withdrawal
You may inspect your order at home and use your consumer right of withdrawal when the return conditions are met.
Withdrawal period
You may withdraw within 14 calendar days after delivery. Email info@aberaandco.com with your order number, email address, and a clear withdrawal statement.

Return condition
- You may handle an item only as needed to establish its nature, characteristics, and operation, as you would in a shop.
- Return items complete and with suitable protective packaging. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
- Candles must not be burned or altered.
- You are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the returned item or proof of return shipment. The refund includes the item price and standard outbound delivery cost. Extra cost for a premium delivery method is not refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
For the fastest handling, email photos of the item, packaging, order number, and delivery label within 48 hours of delivery. Reporting later does not limit your statutory rights for defective goods. We will review the case and arrange replacement, refund, or return instructions.
Model withdrawal text
State clearly that you withdraw from the purchase. Include item names, order and delivery dates, your name and address, order number, email address, and the date of your notice.

To cancel or withdraw from an order, use the cancellation form or email info@aberaandco.com with your order number and email address. Start a cancellation or withdrawal request.
