Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to consumer purchases from Abera & Co through aberaandco.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Products
Abera & Co sells handmade candles, vessels, trays, and ritual pieces. Small differences in colour, surface, scent impression, and finish are part of handmade production and do not make a product defective.
Prices, VAT, and shipping
- Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- EUR 4.95 in the Netherlands and EUR 8.95 to Belgium or Germany. Orders over EUR 75 ship free.
- Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. Delivery estimate: 2-4 business days in the Netherlands and 3-7 business days to Belgium or Germany.
Checkout and payment
Orders are paid through Stripe hosted checkout. Your order is binding when you select the final order-and-pay action in checkout and payment is accepted.
Delivery
Abera & Co ships to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. We are responsible for the order until it is delivered to the address you provided. If delivery is delayed, we will contact you with the next available update.
Returns and withdrawal
- Consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days after delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, complete, and safely packed.
- You pay return postage unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the returned item or proof of return shipment.
Cancellation and complaints
To cancel or withdraw from an order, use the cancellation form or email info@aberaandco.com with your order number and email address. For complaints, email info@aberaandco.com with your order number and a clear description. we respond within 2 business days.
Safety and statutory guarantee
Use candles only as described on the Candle Care & Safety page. Dutch and EU statutory guarantee rights remain available for defective products.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights.
